Here's the actual relay and diagram I'm using recommended by komrad Elaz.
I think this is the smallest relay you can find on any SURPLUS shops
price range 70-150 petots. Just ask for a horn relay with a 3 contact pins
and make sure you open it up before buying it coz sometimes either they are busted, rusty
or heavely worned out already. Get the cleanly coiled ones.

With this relay connected to your AEG you'll have a burn mark free trigger contacts
all year round especially if you have a highly upgraded gun and loves firing
at semi. It will save your trigger contacts.

Note - really follow the diagram or the relay won't work at all. You'll know if ain't working
if you still see some arcing/burning on the contacts when you press fire.

Some vids showing that relay do works.

Without a relay. Shows that pesky arcing/burning that simply eats up your
contacts which you'll need to replace once fully burned out.

With a relay. No more sparks or arcing or burning.

Pros and Cons using a car horn relay...
pros...
- way cheaper and easier to find than mosfets IF you buy the 2nd class types of relay at any surplus store.
- doesn't over heat
- can handle very humid or rainy weather (since car parts are subjected to harsh environments)

cons...
- a bit bulky very hard to hide on smaller shorter guns

tlga at 5 pins pa.

The same ROF if you have a good high current switch

BUT if your switch is made of low quality material(eg:mostly acm)
tendency we have power loss (low voltage/current flow through switch to motor)
means slow ROF...

Now using a car relay...
Mostly they are high current switch
And can drive a high wattage load(eg:foglight/headlights/aircon compressor motor/car horn/etc)

chicken lang ang aeg natin biggrin.gif

Meaning no power loss...no aeg switch damage...stable ROF

Here's how the Dboyz RK-02 gb looks like with a relay.

First the stock wiring without relay. Take note how different the position
of the wiring coming from the motor now more on the side compared to
TM ak's more on the back then to the cylinder back side.

Notice how much was eaten already due to sparks on the contacts
especially the other prong. Had to smoothen and polish those area first before re-wiring it
so current will flow with much less resistance.

Wire used was a silver stranded 18 awg and some of the stock wiring with the same gauge.

The relay was still too big had to trim from below and I added a plastic padding taken
from cd cases. Receiver top cover now can be easily put into place.

Does the relay really works?
Tested the gun without the cylinder assembly and with no relay at semi
there's already a spark so what more if it's already pulling a strong spring.
Once the relay was connected and with the same diagnosis, totally no sparks at all
even at rapid semis.
